Brass Boxing and Fitness's curriculum combines fitness and martial arts, catering to members interested in each category with a broad array of classes. Fitness classes often take exercises from the fighting ones, and fighters often use the more-fitness focused sessions to help them get in top shape. In both classes, instructors focus on good form above all, making sure students learn healthy, proper ways to perform martial arts moves so that they can sustain an intense workout or compete at their best in the ring, even if "Eye of the Tiger" isn't playing the background.
Of course, that's not to say every class is the same; each session retains its individual focus. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor, for instance, focuses on techniques that he uses to compete in international tournaments.
