Fazenda Brazilian Grill fosters a stomach-stuffing environment in which customers can fill up on freshly sliced fire-grilled meats, ordering as little or as much as they please. The menu items hail from a traditional Brazilian hot and cold bar with more than 25 edibles, ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to pastas to American favorites such mashed potatoes and fist pumps. Alongside vegetarian and gluten-free options, the rotisserie masterpiece of chicken, turkey, beef, and pork?the Churrasqueira?is sliced to order according to guests' appetites ($7.49/lb.). The restaurant's unique rotisserie grill cooks up as many as eight varieties of meats including the picanha, Brazil's famous top sirloin cap, and lingui?a frango, marinated chicken drummettes, all of which Fazenda's friendly servers carve directly onto imbibers' plates.
