Very low inventory. Couldn't use my Groupon because the store was so empty, so I had to buy something and return it for a store credit in order to not lose my Groupon.

if you are going to sell Groupons, have enough clothes in stock to sell.

Be prepared with more inventory when you sign up for something like a groupon. I'm a little unhappy that I'm still waiting for a pair of jeans to come in that I needed to exchange b/c you had limited sizes.

Normally higher end boutique cater to their clientele. They didn't great anyone entering the store nor were they helpful while shopping.

Don't wait until the last minute to use your Groupon. They didn't have much merchandise left last time.

Sales girls are unfriendly and rude. Clothes look cheap and of the quality from Forever 21 but cost three times as much. Maybe things were picked over from everyone coming in to redeem groupons but selection was not impressive.

I have visited Hemline several times in the past few months and every time I have had a terrible experience. Workers are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Being a small store it seems like it would be easy for employees to greet customers and help them as they look around. This has never once happened. At times I have been given a curt, "Hi" from a girl sitting behind the counter, but have never been offered any help beyond that. It would also seem that for a small store it would be very easy for employees to see that customers are carrying around something that they intend to try on. Never once, however, have I been offered a fitting room. Again, one would think that as a store that offers higher end and unique apparel, employees would be more knowledgeable and interested in sharing information about the merchandise. This also proved to be false. I had questions about the fit of a pair of jeans, the colors available in shoes, and the designer of a shirt and not one question was answered adequately. I consistently have better shopping experiences at Target and Price Chopper than I ever do at Hemline. I will not be returning.

Selection was very limited. Seemed like everything I liked was only available in small or medium.
