About Bikram Yoga Katy
Being in the Health and Fitness Industry since 1984, longtime practitioner of yoga, Holly Hope, was inspired to start her own Bikram yoga studio after taking a Bikram yoga class in Las Vegas. She earned her teaching certificate in 2010, and began to teach immediately. Now, she and her team of 7 fellow teachers bend, stretch and heal bodies in their superheated classrooms, delivering instructions to students from all different levels of fitness.

2 out of 3 shower rooms were out of order, there is no water refill station, you need to buy water bottles if you run out of water. Can't use credit card for purchases less than $10, only cash.

This was the worst yoga class in my entire life!! The trainer never showed any yoga asana. I felt like I was in auction, the trainer spoke like a sales person at the auction, didn’t give a chance to stretch and enjoy the class. Awful, Awful, and Awful. The temperature was toooooooo hoooooot!!! Why do you need such a high temperature 105F and 40/ humidity???
Don’t recommend to anyone. Awful 🤮
