It was wonderful experience and very friendly guide and worth the money if you are lucky enough to reach a person right away to book your trip. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER and "Be Prepared to spend hours, trying to reach them to book your trip! " I called 5 consecutive days for total 25 times, left multiple messages, and sent multiple facebook messages to trying to book my outing, but no replay, no response and thought it was a scam. I called Grupon to get money back, but insisted that Grupon will reach out to get me in touch. Despite this final attempt, no contact from NMG again. I was about to give up and I called NMG one last time on following week and by luck, a person answered and I was able to book my trip. It seems no full time stuff @ office to answer phones and only there periodically when there is no outing schedules. I wish NMG hire full time stuff to answer phones.........
