At 20/20 Gymnastics and Tumbling, you're (almost) never too young for gymnastics. The studio's first class in both tumbling and gymnastics is geared toward preschoolers as young as 3, emphasizing fundamentals such as balance and motor skills. And as little ones grow, their classes follow suit—classes for older kids focus on mastery of form and key skills, such as handstands, front handsprings, and advanced hand-wringing. Eventually, the most serious students can join the school's competitive team. But the studio's coaches are just as receptive to recreational gymnasts—in addition to building students' physical prowess, the coaches aim to build self-confidence and teamwork skills, creating well-rounded youngsters who are ready for life's challenges. And ready to win some medals, too.
