Certified fitness coach and nutritionist Tania Gustafson has been working in the fitness industry since 1986. In those decades, she's learned enough about fitness to land a biweekly column, "For the Health of It," in the Kelowna Daily Courier and to launch her own wellness studio, FIT Nutrition.
The FIT in that title is an acronym for "fuel, ignite, and thrive," the three central goals of Tania's fitness program. Through a mix of dietary modifications, distance coaching, and health assessments, she helps her clients do just that: fuel their bodies properly, burn through calories, and enjoy higher energy levels. They often lose weight along the way, too, even in programs that last just eight weeks.
