Totally enjoyed Helenas yoga. She is a very experienced yoga instructor. Her class is always very satisfying and challenging.
This is a hesitant thumbs up - the location is a small loft above a garage, which can get crowded. The class is very informal and low intensity, with not alot of variation or instruction. Helena is lovely and calm, though she mainly does her thing without checking anyone's form or progress. Good option for the price, but not for everyone.
For those looking for a very gentle yoga experience. Classes suitable for any level. Helena provides a lovely environment filled with flowers from her garden. Most enjoyable!
