I used the Clean Green Revolution before and it seemed to be satisfactory. However, on this last use, I had clothes on my front porch for almost a week before the pick up was finally exeucted. It required four or five phone calls; some of which were not responded to. Finally, I contacted Ann and she told me that we were out of the zip code zone and that was why the pick up did not occur. She promised me that it would happen in a couple of days, it did not. Finally, the clothes were picked up and now I am concerned about the return. I called the store directly and spoke with the woman who does the cleaning. She told me that Chris, Ann's son would be the delivery person and she would be sure he got my request for delivery. Ann and I talked again on Saturday as I wanted an item she had and she told me I could pick it up at the Greenlake location as the shop in Federal Way was closed on Saturday! All in all, the process took approximately two and one half weeks, lots of anxiety and I felt their prices were exceptionally high. The quality of the cleaning was satisfactory. Too much trouble to every bother with again. Thanks for letting me vent.
