Le Saigon bills itself as a "Vietnamese restaurant with French flair", and it's easy to see why. Not only does the restaurant highlight the influence French cooking has had on Vietnamese cuisine, it also takes a few style cues from the French, setting a romantic vie with fresh flowers and candles on every table. Meanwhile, the menu highlights fresh seafood dishes, including soft shell crab in tamarind sauce and spicy calamari, alongside other delectable entrees like crispy tangerine duck. But the kitchen is perhaps best know for its rice noodles, which make appearances in traditional pho soups and entrees like stir fried chicken pad thai.
