Though The Loyalist Grill’s cooks depend on local ingredients, they don’t geographically limit their flavours, too. Drawing equally on classic pub fare and international cuisine, they whip up everything from salmon with avocado rémoulade to open-faced burgers topped with smoked bacon and roasted portobello mushrooms. The culinary team even makes gluten-free versions of most of its dishes, including all-day breakfast favourites such as smoked meat hash topped with a fried egg. Meals unfold inside an air-conditioned dining room and on an outdoor patio from May through October.
