Lovely professional woman and place.

I was very unsatisfied. More than half of the lashes fell off...there was beads of glue irritating my eyes and she glued lashes together so the quality was not good. I did not get them wet for 7 hours over the recommended time but when she finally responded to me after 5 attempts she implied that it was my fault they didn't work out!!! So I was very displeased with the customer service as well.
