About Philbilly Cut and Shave

After working in one of Knoxville's Premier Barbershops for over a year, I decided to blaze my own path. I am renting a booth currently at Miranda's Barbershop at 5741 Western Ave. I am taking appointments for this deal due to a limited schedule for the next couple months. My husband loved this guy He did great on his hair and my husband is the type that does not like to spend money on getting his haircut so that he wants to go back there again that’s a big deal I really recommend it

Phil was awesome! The whole experience was great!!! Love my hair. The best it's probably evel looked! The shave was a new experience for me. My face hadn't seen a razor in 15 to 20 yrs. Phil did a great job. Zero irritation. Highly recommend Phillbillies. Awesome job Phil!!!
