Great place to work out Awesome people and coaches
Just show up and do the workout. Coaches will help with technique and encourage but you get what you give, as with most exercise programs.
I'm planning on going again to use up the groupon, but it's nothing special. The instructors are less than enthusiastic and are more there to monitor the facilities than getting people jazzed about what they're doing. It's simple workouts and that I could do at any gym. I thought attending this class would provide more motivation from fitness specialists. They were more like babysitters.
I like the mix of aerobics, yoga, gymnastics, Olympic weight lifting, sprinting, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects.
