It's a great workout but it's not much barre work which I was hoping for.

The staff seems very friendly and the work out is extremely effective. Clare was my instructor and she was encouraging and helpful. The space itself is small and lacks changing rooms. I drove right up and parked but I suspect that parking at times could be an issue.
