Highly lauded personal trainer Ray Wetterlund III has crafted a series of 60-minute weight-loss boot camp workouts designed to potentially burn 1,000 or more calories per session. Classes are offered six days a week, with three barefoot sessions held in a heated indoor facility designed to minimize dry shirts and maximize weight loss.
