What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our Boudin Balls, Alligator Pies, Fried Fish, and Crawfish Étouffée just to name a few! Our Cajun dishes are hot and ready for dine in or pick up.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Toby Kimball, owner and chef, has been cooking up traditional Cajun food for the past 8 years. He was inspired to share his love of traditional Cajun cuisine, as cooking food together is one of the typical ways to spend time with family and friends in the south.
What do you love most about your job?
Cajun Works is a business that is proud of the Cajun culture, and our team looks forward to sharing that experience with customers, through our delicious food and atmosphere.
