Tune-up=Helps to maintain your working system and warranty by our 21 point maintenance service includes free base filter/1 lb Freon. Repairs=Starts w diagnostic and provides options for repair or replacement. Most repairs can be done same day. Duct work=Install new/repair old. Ductless Mini splits=no ducting required. Wine Units=Build and service. We sell and install Reg. and tankless water heaters. Thermostats basic or high technology.
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
Started as family business and built on establishing a HVAC company that provides excellent service based on honesty and integrity or the best way to put it, "treating others and servicing customers the same way you want to be treated, each time, every time and listening to their needs and helping to resolve generating years of satisfied customers and helping others."
What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
We have licensed certified technicians which many customers are delighted to know. We are continuously increasing our knowledge base, on new and existing brands by attending educational classes, so that we are ahead of many other companies when it comes to cost efficiency, time management, new technological applications. The on-going HVAC training, has resulted in our ability to provide information that satisfies all types of customers needs, provide multiple options for systems that address dollar costs, special financing, energy savings and efficiency ,and nowadays, HVAC applications tied into their smart phone for optimum performance.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We don't take the customer for granted and have maintained long term relationships and have organically grown most of our business through word of mouth from happy satisfied customers. Our clean, uniformed, staff present themselves in a manner that assures excellence from beginning to end and we will do everything we can to be sure you want to grade us a "10" no less, or a 5 star YELP rating.
