Classes at the Tower set the bar for fun yet challenging workouts. Led by owner Linda Bell, who boasts more than 30 years of experience with fitness, dance, and performance. The State-of-the-art studio offers energizing and fun fusion and cross training classes using a variety of equipment such as Bosu, Trampoline, TRX Slide Core board, weights, Smart Bells and Bands. Pole fitness for all levels 101 for beginners, inversions, transition training, pole stretch flow, pole chair dance, popular fusion Barre/Pole class, and even Pole/ Trampoline and Pole Bosu Sessions. Also a variety of barre classes starting from Classical Barre Ballet, Heart pumping Calorie Torching Cardio Barre, Dance Barre, Barre Stretch Flow, and Dynamic Barre/Trampoline and Barre Bosu Ckasses. Personal Training and Private Lessons with Linda Bell are offered.
