The staff was very nice. The main building is very well kept, but that is not where you stay with Groupon. The rooms for Groupon are clean but very outdated. Had to jiggle some of the plugs to make the tv and other things to work. Not very many outlets in the rooms. The view however was beautiful. This is a great location for all the restaurants and a fairly short walk into town.

The hotel looked very nice in the hobby, but I was disappointed that our room wasn't attached to the actual hotel and it was more of a motel and not very clean. The pool was pretty dirty and not heated. We were happy to have vouchers through Groupon for breakfast because it was a little overpriced for a buffet. The view of Lake George was beautiful.

Great place to stay. Good location close to Lake George. Beautifully maintained property.
Grand king room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. I will pick a lakeview room next time. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Only drawback is that the White Lion Dining room is only open for breakfast after Columbus Day weekend and not for dinner.
Will stay again.

Comfortable beds & beautiful view just outside the room. Restaurant did an excellent job offering up a great breakfast at a reasonable price. Front desk staff were most gracious & accommodating. Special accolades to Shift Manager, Christy, who went above & beyond to make my stay memorable!!!

Very nice receptionist both check in and check out. Room was only nice because the maid(Teresa) did a great job with lumpy weird pillows and sheets for bedding. It's October and gets chilly. Had to call and ask for blankets. Quick to bring up. Bed was a disappointment just like the pillows. Lumpy and a spring in my hip no matter where we slept. Glad I brought my own pillows.
