Great fitness studio! The trainer, Mickey, gives clear, personalized instruction and is very attentive. Class was fun and challenging.

Coaches eschew long cardio sessions for challenging sessions that incorporate strength-training exercises, metabolic circuits, and cardio intervals. They cap each session at a small number of clients, so trainers can tailor the workout to challenge every participant, no matter their athletic abilities. The gym offers six sessions a week to fit clients’ busy schedules.
