At The Bootcamp Effect, the staff pride themselves on getting to know clients on a first-name basis. They pull from years of training and experience to build unique, energetic boot-camp classes that push students of all abilities towards goals of slimmer physiques, more toned muscles, and healthier bodies overall. While incorporating the heavy dumbbells and barbells of traditional boot camps, many workouts also employ functional, everyday movements, body-weight exercises, and nontraditional training implements. The Bootcamp Effect also provides students with nutritional counseling, which can include healthful recipes, meal plans, and tips on how to grow your own energy-bar bushes.
