Stayed here in May with my boyfriend. And it was terrible. If i could leave zero stars i will. Thinking that this a known branch of hotels we booked it. First the checking in for the flight was ridiculous then the plane had no leg room. When we got to the resort it was in a rough looking area and had a “gate guard”We had bugs in the room, no hot water, and no towels. This was the worst experience!

Very poor excuse for an all-inclusive vacation. The rooms pictured are NOT what you receive upon arrival. Instead you end up in very old room, with toilet that barely flushes,and a rock hard bed. They take your towels in the morning and do not return them until after 4pm leaving you unable to shower all day long. The food is sub-par. Worst of all, our return flight was cancelled with no warning.

Peaceful, activities to do if you wanted to, staff very friendly and helpful, good coffee, good drinks, good food, beautiful beach.

Road a charter for the first time in my life. Loved no stops, but was crammed into the plane like sardines. The resort, continued, was “undone”. Old dusty artificial flowers in the lobby. Luke warm water in the showers. Beach was dirty. The picture on the site is A LIE. The hotel, not resort looks nothing like the pictures. Mildew in my show, nasty toilet, not confident my bed had been changed.

Purchased 8 of these coupons for a girls trip. when I went to make my reservation the travel company vacation express said that the trip was overbooked and spent two hours on the phone with them for them to tell me we can’t do anything for you try to get your money back from Groupon. When I called Groupon they have given me the runaround and have yet to refund my $4900!!

Purchased this Groupon and when I went to make my reservation, they were overbooked ! Now Groupon is giving me the run around to refund the $2480 for the 4 vacations !! Terrible service from Groupon and vacation express! Extremely dissatisfied

I initially wanted to buy voucher for July at the rate of $599 for the Superior Garden View room. I kept having problems with the groupon website. I tried contacting groupon after a 45 min wait on the phone my call was answered and disconnected even before I could talk. Later on i tried again but by that time there was not enough inventory for 2 tickets for the dates I wanted. I didn't let it bother me and purchased 2 tickets in August. They were for $619 for the Superior Garden View room each rather than the $599 i wanted and would have gotten if the Groupon website was working properly and if I had received assistance rather being hung up on. When I got in touch with groupon i asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager is busy and will call bck within the hour. They did take my number but I never herd back. I was so frustrated tht im paying $40 extra for dates which weren't my original choice, and for recieving poor customer service. I spent all day simply to buy a vacation via groupon. They told me it will take 24 hours to recieve my confirmation and groupon voucher. Its so bad that I received confirmation, went to my groupon and there was nothing for a few hours before it showed up. I mean why would I get a notification earlier? By the next day I was to call to book my vacation. I asked groupon to compensate me the $40 for all the inconviences i went through and having to pay extra because they were negligent towards me but again I never herd back. The next day I called Vacation express to book and was told that their system is asking for $629/person!!! So by this time I lost all my patience! Not only did I pay the $40 but now I have to pay another $20 are you kidding me?? I waited all day for the booking ppl to speak to their head office to figure out the situation....After exactly 8 hours they came back to me to tell me that $619 is correct. They were so rude on the phone. I honestly couldnt believe it. We are going for our honeymoon and we did not expect such poor customer service from both parties. I decided to book through groupon because I thought it would be easier but this was harder and not the customer service I expected or deserve. After we got our ticket I seen that we are booked with Swift Airlines so many reviews from people said that they lost their checked bags and they have so many restrictions its crazy. Who has even herd of this airline? Alot of reviews said when people lost their luggage they had trouble because even Airports weren't familiar with the airline. Also groupon doesnt offer ocean view rooms. If you upgrade through the vacation express they charge you an extra $200. I just really hope the hotel is nice and the workers there because so far I have only experienced disappointment for which no one wants to compensate for. I shouldn't have had to pay an extra $40 and been treated so poorly. I dont wish on anyone to go through what I did. Im so upset. My husband, myself and my family buy alot of groupons but after this experience I don't think any of us will be returning. Hope this helps.
