Chicago Dogs taps the culinary stylings of the Windy City, bringing westward the Midwestern metropolis's famous dishes. The menu's centerpiece is the city's trademark hot dog—a Vienna beef hot dog wedged into a poppy seed bun and then sprinkled with celery salt and topped with chopped onions, pickle relish, yellow mustard, tomatoes, sport peppers, and a dill pickle spear. Heat lovers can swap in the Vienna beef "Hot & Spicy" dog—making it a Jordan Dog—or pack on the protein via the Hot Pastrami sub. Similar homages to Chicago's history can also be found elsewhere on the menu, such as with the Chicago Mobster Burger, honoring the city's mafia-laden past, and the Chicago Pizza Puff, a nod to the infamous time a guy tried to order a balloon animal in the shape of his favorite deep dish pizza.
