Buses were clean & comfy... The audio was very easy to follow & informative. Downfall was they gave us 20 min to climb up lots of stairs to get to the bridge & back. I enjoyed the trip.

Overpriced! Do not buy the skywalk experience from this company. The price at the destination is $21.95; we were charged $35.00 per person. There is too much waiting around on these tours. On our way back to LV, the driver suggested a gratuity of $10-$20 per rider is customary. No Thank You!

Wonderful tour, made stops at Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and even one to see some Bighorn Sheep.

Aside from Hoover Dam's Power Plant not being open, and it hadn't been for 1.5 months when we went, the company continued to sell the Power Plant tour as an up-charge to the Hoover Dam tour. While our drive was nice, my husband and I didn't feel safe throughout the trip, as we observed the following, from the front seat: • As we were leaving the Grand Canyon Tour & Travel's parking lot - and the bus was moving - the driver momentarily got up out of his seat and looked for his clipboard…no hands on the steering wheel or body in the driver's seat While on our way to Hoover Dam and on the highway, the driver: • Ate a pastry with one hand and drove with the other hand • Ate a bag of peanuts with one hand and drove with the other hand • Cleaned both hands, with hand-sanitizer – and steered the bus with his knee • Veered out of his lane, onto the shoulder, and onto the rumble strips • Continually switched lanes without using the bus's indicator • Rarely steered the bus with both hands at the same time…for most of the drive, only one hand was on the steering wheel While on our way back to Las Vegas, the driver: • TWEEZED the hair off of his chin throughout the ride back to Las Vegas. When he cut his skin, he then used a tissue to dry the blood; mind you, this required that he use one hand to tweeze his hair/damp the blood and drive with the other hand • Partially ran a Stop sign during the hotel drop-off – he stopped, the but in the middle of street and well-past the Stop sign • Continued to steer the bus with one hand, occasionally with is knee • Seldom used his turn signal to change lanes • Became more jerky with his stops/starts

Notified driver of broken toliet. He just said ok and passengers had to use bathrooms but couldn't until we reached our destination or made a stop to a gas station. there was to be wifi aboard that also wasn't working, driver was again notified he seemed unbothered by this as passengers were told this would be available to us. Cup holders were broken. Very expensive to not have these things.

They don't tell you that the pick up (one hour wasted) is not the vehicle that travel in. They take you back to a central place where you wait in an endless line, get paperwork which is not explained you what it is for. You get to pick up one scaly pastry one water bottle then go to a different bus. The Grand Canyon is marvellous. Our driver had sick jokes and was unintelligible. He was rude when asked questions at the site. His loud speaker did not always work. Big ego little substance.

I ordered a tour ticket for the Hoover Dam. Confirmed it with this company. Went to the official Hoover Dam site only to find out that all tours were cancelled since 10/10/17 & only the observation deck was open. I confirmed with this company 10/11/17 and they failed to mention the tour part of the trip couldn't happen. Wish I could give no stars.

Willie, my driver and guide, was funny and drove safely. Sad that the elevators down to the generator room were broken, but not the tour company's fault.
