Very comfortable bed, very clean and spacious, very nice hotel... was on our honeymoon and definitely enjoyed our stay!

Room quality horrible Room was a disaster. The cold water faucet in the bathroom did not work. Only hot water. The refrigerator was completely broken and made anything in there hot. Very disappointed in my recent stay.

Average but definitely needs some TLC and elevator repairs. Average room - just fine for Vegas though could use some freshening up due to age of room. What didn’t go well is only having 2 of 6 elevators operational in the south end of the tower operational. Not an acceptable way to ensure a well maintained and attractive hotel for a return visit.

Disgusting, disrespectful and uncomfortable First off, there was blood on the walls in our bathroom. We brought the complaint to a manager and all they did was refund us $62 ( 1 day of resort fees). For biohazardous bodily fluid on the walls of our bathroom! Absolutely unexceptable! This is disgusting! Secondly, I paid $40 per day for valet ($120 total for 3 nights). We waited well over an hour for Valet to bring us my car. I asked for a marginal refund since I paid $120 to have my car ready and waited over an hour and the response from the valet manager, and I quote; “we don’t give f**king refunds” this was Ronnie, the valet manager. Ryan a valet employee was very disrespectful to my girlfriend and to my self. All and all, terrible experience I paid way too much for. I left Planet Hollywood feeling cheated and disrespected. I will NEVER return to this hotel again! I WANT A REFUND!
