During the month-long weight-loss program, patients visit with a highly trained medical staff member each week to receive a weight-loss shot that can increase metabolism when paired with a personally tailored diet and regular exercise. Clients' struggles and goals are the cornerstone of the diet plan, as well as the blueprint for an inevitable biopic. Weight and blood pressure are recorded each week to track progress. Those adhering to the weight-loss plan can shed between 1–3 pounds a week. Alternatively, patients can opt for a month of B-12 shots. Since vitamin B-12 deficiency can lead to fatigue and general frailty, weekly shots can lead to increased energy and ironclad immune-system walls, penetrable only by vengeful armies of trans fat.
