Let’s drag our tube through yards of snowless hilltop for some extra special tubing fun.

The hill was way too crowded. You had to first wait for a tube then wait to go down the hill then wait to return the tube then wait to pick up a tube to get in line to go down the hill again. We complained to management and left after only 2 runs. Because we used a groupon, we couldn't receive a refund. Very disappointing.

Slope was nice but very fast and my 4 year old was scared of it, even kiddy hill was too much. So ended up paying $50 for 3 runs.

We had to use them because Iron Valley would not refund our money but they were closed most of the season this year. I will NEVER go there again.

It was ok. The lanes were long and fast, but it was muddy, there weren't enough tubes, and the rules about linking up down the slides were enforced inconsistently.

From Our Editors

When you can make your own snow, nearly nothing puts the brakes on winter fun. Just ask the folks at Iron Valley Tubing; with their own 10 snow machines on hand, every year they blanket 15 downhill courses with fresh powder as long as the temperature permits. They then arm visitors with their own tubes, giving them all they need to experience the excitement of speeding down snow-covered terrain.

To attempt the largest slope, kids must stand at least 40" tall; anyone below that height can head to two starter slopes. Visitors should also keep in mind that the colder it is, the faster they'll go downhill, and the bigger the thrill of their trip to Iron Valley.
