I love Kristy and the space is perfect.
Everything and everyone at good life yoga and tea is incomparable. The energy is so welcoming, as well as the instructors. The combination of yoga and tea really does take your practice to higher, more enlightened level. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to find inner peace while surrounding yourself with great people.
I've worked mostly with Kristi and she is really easy to talk to, and very encouraging when it comes to trying new poses! She shows you different modifications to each pose too, so you're able to make it work for you! Class sizes are small, so you get more one on one interaction as well, and it's a more intimate setting.
I love Kristi and Leslie--it's a friendly atmosphere and I've seen my strength and flexibility increase. The Friday morning class has become my favorite weekly ritual--what a great start to the weekend!
Absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the gentle yoga class I went to.
Kristi the yoga instructor was excellent at teaching the class to incorporate all skill levels. She was very personable making me feel welcome. The yoga studio was clean and inviting.
The instructor was welcoming. I loved the tea afterwards.
This studio is filled with kindness, sweetness, and calm.
From Our Editors
Kristi Sealer isn't the first person to recognize the health benefits of yoga and tea. But, as the owner of Good Life Yoga and Tea, she brings these two elements together in an entirely new way for clients. The yoga classes here focus on accessibility: even people with limited mobility can find joy in the practice, and reap its benefits. Workshops educate the public on how to prepare tea and integrate it into any lifestyle. And ultimately, the studio shows how yoga and tea complement one another naturally as meditative and mindful practices that promote health and happiness.
