But, as the owner of Good Life Yoga and Tea, she brings these two elements together in an entirely new way for clients. The yoga classes here focus on accessibility: even people with limited mobility can find joy in the practice, and reap its benefits. Workshops educate the public on how to prepare tea and integrate it into any lifestyle.
