It was a wonderful experience. Marcia was very knowledgeable about the trail and they really encouraged participants to walk at their own pace. There was plenty of photo opportunities along the way to capture the moments. Planning to do another excursion with them in Maryland.

Marcia and Troy were excellent guides! Troy especially was patient with me as a I took several breaks on the way up the trail. Marcia was a fountain of knowledge and such an upbeat personality!The hike along the Appalachian Trail led to a beautiful scenic overlook. Our group did not stay too long at the top as the weather was cold and very windy. A very nice lunch and Twin Oaks wine was provided by Marcia at the Twin Oaks Winery. We now want to to the hike in Maryland!
