Seven days a week, the chefs at Little Saigon Noodles & Grill prepare dishes that honor Vietnamese and pan-Asian cooking traditions. There's mi ga tom—a hearty egg-noodle soup with chicken and shrimp—as well as vermicelli bowls studded with lemongrass pork, grilled ham, or crispy tofu. The drink assortment is just as extensive as the rest of the menu, including three varieties of smoothie, hot and iced teas, and soft drinks. On the way out, be sure to stop at the counter for a box of tantalizingly colorful macarons and to see what a counter looks like.
