Executive chef Paolo Mascio conjures authentic Tuscan and Roman cuisine in Di Frabo's elegant dining room. Rich entrees such as pollo piccata in a white wine citrus sauce and Chef Paolo's signature veal marsala stand out on a menu of tempting raviolis, spaghettis, and other pastas. They also offer brunch options such as chicken and waffles with carafes of mimosas. Rounding out the alcoholic side of the menu are drinks and bottles prepared by French sommelier and mixologist David Ulysse Bodden.
