- The Burgers: Each Jax burger begins with a half-pound patty of certified Angus beef. From there, chefs top each one with a host of specialty ingredients: the El Diablo includes ghost pepper jack cheese and pickled jalapenos, while the Duke adds a generous heap of pulled pork, aged cheddar, and crispy onions. Burgers also come in build-you-own form, with numerous bun, topping, and patty options that include everything from jerk chicken and ground lambs to texas toast, chimichurri, and hot bacon jam.
