About this Business
- Italian, Pizza, Salad
It was a great experience - I'll return. Only thing was that it was a little cold inside.
Enjoyed the dining experience.
We tried to visit on a Sunday because your website said it was open Sunday. We were very disappointed when we drove across town to find the hours posted on the door did not match the hours online and the restaurant was closed on Sundays.
SERVICE was terrible. My husband ordered a pizza and they brought him the wrong type of pizza. It literally took 12 minutes to get the attention of the waiter to tell him the order was wrong. I had completed my meal before he got the right order. The waiter was not attentive, never came back to give us more beverages. Very bad experience.
It was even better than last time we were there. We definitely plan to return.
The service and the food quality were poor. My boyfriend and I came in and were seated, we waited ten minutes until a waiter came to take our drink order. There was only one other table of people I the restaurant dining at the time. The waiter was unprofessional in his demeanor when taking our order and drink order. You could tell he wanted to be somewhere else. We ordered the special of the day, the salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes. The salmon was like leather, the mashed potatoes not only were lumpy but had chunks of undercooked potato. We could even finish our meal. The best thing about the place was the kind and generous manager and the wine. He covered out meals and threw in two free desserts.
Please continue with the good food, but please have waiters who care about customers, take orders promptly, check in with the customer to see how the meal is, ask if we need anything else, and once in awhile check in on the customer. We felt like we were an interruption to his evening. If it hadn't been for the pleasant hostess, we would likely have left before we even got to order (nearly 15 min. from the time we sat down until a waiter graced us with his presence!).
