Leigh Ann is a great instructor and always offers a challenging workout! I've only been a few times so far, but I plan to continue my pre-wedding workouts at Elle Fitness.

The class was NOT for beginners. There were SO many students in the class that there was NO 1 on 1 interaction with the teacher. She moved through everything SUPER fast and I couldn't see her to know what to do. I would never go back. They need to have classes for beginners who haven't taken the class before.

Its is a great workout and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The workout is fun, challenging and the 55 minutes just fly by!

Leigh-Ann Mims, the owner of Elle Fitness, brings her knowledge of BarreAmped directly from her studies with Suzanne Bowen, the creator of the BarreAmped method. During classes, she and her students stand at a ballet barre as they perform challenging poses and small, isolated movements, which are inspired by modern dance, yoga, Pilates, and deep stretching. These movements are designed to strengthen the entire body, and lengthen muscles to work toward dancer-like lean gams and arms. The method sometimes takes students away from the barre to the floor to perform ground work and stretching, or outside where they can photosynthesize sun into muscle fiber, like a body-building fern. In addition to the traditional BarreAmped classes, Leigh-Ann also leads the more advanced BarreAmped Fire and the six-week BarreAmped Boot Camp series.
