Their namesake boot-camp workouts trim physiques through burpees, pushups, squats, and other calorie-torching calisthenics. New Keep-N-Fit classes feature low-intensity toning, balance, and core exercises while F-I-R-E classes heat up intensity with full-body resistance training set to music. Blast X classes empower abs to deflect tickles with warning growls, and Synergy X yoga lengthens limbs and improves balance. Additional services such as personal training and nutritional counseling complement group classes with a more personalized approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle.
