Before we even got started Jackie asked me what I wanted from the shoot. I said a family pic as my kids just had their pictures taken. My result was one family pick where my son had his hand in his mouth, the other family pic my mouth was clearly altered. Our session was only 20 min when it should have been 30. At the end of the session Jackie said she did get a good family pic, which is clearly not the case. After viewing my pictures I asked the assistant why we were rushed and pointed out that my kids weren't even looking in most of the shots. The assistant also told me it was because it was a Groupon and that people were expecting too much from a professional photographer since we only spent $59. I don't think Red Feather understands Groupon. You were to treat me as if I paid $430 since that is what you valued the package as. If you wanted more money you should have charged more for the Groupon. I still had to buy new clothes and dress my family up, which takes alot of time and work, only to be dissapointed. I would have been willing to pay more and upgrade my package if you would have given me the time of day and treated me like a real customer...I also would have come back. I have seen your web site and think you do a good job when you are properly compensated.
