My 14/15 year old kids spent 3 hours skiing before they asked to be picked up. There are basically 2 runs that my kids were willing to ski (not interested in the 2 tiny beginner "trails"). The Groupon didn't mention that the Terrain Park run WASN'T included in the Groupon, so we paid $10/kid extra so that they could get a pass to ski the Terrain Park. Kids reported back that the worker praised them for having the Terrain Park pass as most of the kids skiing the Terrain Park didn't have a pass. What? Now I feel like I got suckered into paying an extra $10/kid since they were allowing other kids to ski the area without the pass. So, the Groupon cost $35 + the extra $10 for the Terrain Park. Total amount paid per kid = $45. NO SAVINGS WHATSOEVER. As the daily rate is $28 + $20 for ski rental - $3 for wearing own helmet = $45. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend purchasing this Groupon. It is not a deal.

They have a ton of space for snowboarding. They even have areas for more skilled boarders. The line to check in and get the gear moves fairly quickly but note that the helmet isn't included and they only accept cash for that. So fun!

Very friendly and helpful staff and patrons. Large section closed for lessons on a Sunday was a bummer.

The snow boarders were a pain, should have separate lines for skiiers and snowboards. Need more supervision on lines, people cutting in lines.

Besides the long lines due to lack of staff in the rental area, I had a great time. I will go back and recommend to others. Hopefully there’s more staff working next time in the rental area

I tried to call for 3 days to book separate lessons, no answer and never a call back. Signed up online like your supposed to but they couldn't find it when we got there and had to do it all over again. My kids had a good time but it was a lot of hastle and never did get lessons.

While the skiing and rental is reasonable if you buy a groupon and it’s a great new guy out for teens that don’t have much to do in the winter, the facility needs renovation. The bathrooms are horrible, the snack room is gross and there is no place for parents to view the hill from indoors. I would never pay full price to go there. The bar/restaurant is fine but not free for parents to just sit

From Our Editors

Seven rope tows hoist skiers and snowboarders to the top of the trails at Four Lakes Snowsports, helping them take a panoramic glance before the pristine powder and carving their way back to the bottom. Five zones make up the skiable expanse, increasing in difficulty from a pair of bunny hills to a terrain park, where a gauntlet of boxes and rails slake appetites for jumps, grinds, and extreme cold-weather picnicking. As a proud member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America, Four Lakes’ ski school helps aspiring skiers and snowboarders stay safe and in control while zipping and darting about the slopes.
