What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

A fitness-and-nutrition program made by you and guided by your coaches to keep you motivated. By providing a system of progressive achievement, whether an athlete, a client starting out with health and fitness, or a mom on the go, are able to see better results without wasting time and energy.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

At our gym, each program has 10 levels with two to four unique and custom workouts in each level. In order to build your body up gradually and avoid injury, we usually take our clients through each level at about three weeks each so you can see progression quickly without over-stressing your system.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I had always been told to train hard. Everything was anaerobic, and I was definitely overtraining. I knew something had to change in order to get better results with less impact on a member's body.

What do you love most about your job?

Human Performance provides individuals with full service when it comes to their specific fitness needs. We constantly check in on the individual to keep them on track toward their goal. The client is always working on recovery and regeneration during workouts and nutrition at their pace.
