For your price the quality is below that of a frozen pizza. We will not return. The images on your site advertise a hand tossed pizza crust but you sell a very thin yet soggy pizza that tasted off. You should offer a more traditional crust with higher quality ingredients considering right now you basically sell a frozen pizza for more than twice the price.

The service and cleanliness of the facility were greatly lacking. Although there were only 3-4 tables being used inside, no one was sitting outside and yet every single table was dirty. The food was good but not so exceptional to make up for the disorder.

the ONLY thing I would say is that the crust could be a little crispier for my taste but the food was AMAZING!!!

The cook in the back was rude. When I pulled up to the restaurant the cook was outside on the phone. When I asked him if they were open he did not respond and continued to talk on his phone. My order consisted of cheesesticks, which were hard and the bread was completed flat and the "King" pizza, which was burnt around the edges and the dough did not seem fresh. I was very disappointed in my meal and have no intentions on returning!

From Our Editors

From the tomato-red columns running along the wall to the fresh green basil that garnishes dishes on its tables, the dining room at Palio’s Pizza Cafe bursts with color. Roma tomatoes, red peppers, and spicy, house-made red sauce paint thin, crisp pizza crusts. Farm-fresh salads host a kaleidoscope of colorful toppings, such as the Nutty Hawaiian's cashews, pineapples, and cranberries. By the entrance, the mural of a flamenco dancer brandishes a wine bottle like those used by waiters to pour out reds and whites. Above her head, the word Palio's unfurls like an artist's signature on canvas, lending a name to the colorful culinary scene.

Palio's chefs aim to make their dishes as healthful as they are vibrant. They craft crusts with whole-wheat or gluten-free dough upon request, and blend only fresh ingredients and locally sourced magic beans into their house-made pasta sauce.
