The Capital's Seafood House cooks up traditional and modern seafood dishes. Customers can order a seafood burger topped with crab, shrimp, and lobster, with Shibang Sauce drizzled on top. Their traditional Po' Boys come with a choice of catfish, crawfish, shrimp or oyster, and finished with Tartar or Shubang Sauce. Guests can also build a platter of their own, choosing from several options such as shrimp, lobster, corn on the cob, potatoes, and more, and adding it to a plate.
