My Groupon was supposed to involve and oil change and a maintenance checkup. However, they skipped the maintenance checkup. All I got was the oil change -- I think. My car's remaining oil life indicator didn't change, which makes me nervous. Admittedly I should have spoken up for myself at the time, but car places traumatize me.
