Do this! It's a lot of fun. Of the four tourists in our group, three of us were over 60 and we all had a blast!

Bob is the BEST instructor for Segways! Within 5 minutes all of us were feeling confident and able to ride around the whole city. He was personable and very informative of the town's history and surrounding nature. We had an AWESOME time!

This is an excellent tour. Bob, the tour guide was excellent and gives you a lot of history about the town and makes it a fun filled 1.5 hour ride. Totally worth it.

Great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Groups are no larger than 6 people so it is not crowded.

The segways are fun but there is not much to see on the tour. Tour Guide Bob was great though.

From Our Editors

In the olden days, cowboys explored the West astride their trusty horses. Segway Tours of Solvang puts a modern spin on this tradition, by organizing guided tours that explore Western terrain atop a more modern steed?the segway.

After a mandatory training session on segway handling, guides lead segway tours through the Danish city of Solvang, stopping to see a river sanctuary and the ancient live oaks in Hans Christian Andersen Park. The company also offers wine-tasting tours, along with tours in Colorado and Arizona, where explorers can drink in the sights and scenery from transport that ranges from Jeeps to hot-air balloons.
