Very rushed by doctor. Staff seemed nice MD did not inform you of what was ngoing on or what was going to happen...no after care instructions given, no information on precautions

This was my first experience with Botox, but having watched almost 100 videos on the techniques of this procedure I knew how I thought it was going to go. The doctor came in and shook my hand, and quickly asked what my concerns were. I pointed to the area between my eyebrows to the crease that I've had for a little while now. Instead of handing me a mirror or engaging in any detailed conversation, he cleansed the area, neglected to don gloves and proceeded to inject the entire amount of Botox in only 3 injections (as opposed to the typical 4-10 for this area), two of which he placed in the frontalis muscles in my forehead, which are completely unrelated to the "11" lines between the eyebrows. He never explained what he was going to do. None of the Botox was injected into the actual corrugator muscles that are responsible for the ability to frown, causing the crease between my brows. Not enough time has passed to see the final result, and although I remain hopeful that I will see some sort of positive result, I've already shopped around other local doctors, as I'm afraid I will need at least two follow-up injections to achieve the look I originally requested. This was a real disappointment.

Doctor did not mark my face for injection sites. Asked for forehead, eyebrow lines and crows feet. Just used 30 units for forehead and said I had 10 left for another visit. Not going back. Forehead is bruised in 4 injection sites - never bruised with botox before. Sloppy procedure, didn't feel as though it was clean and thorough.
