From Our Editors
Beyond the full-length windows of A & S Salon's storefront, patrons perch upon a wooden banquette padded with lime-green cushions. The hue sprouts up throughout the salon—decking a geometric shelf that hangs above pedicure chairs and the walls that keep ceilings from crashing upon stylists' stations. Hair services make up most of the menu, which includes both basic cut and color services and more advanced Brazilian- and Japanese-straightening treatments. The beauticians style strands with Morrocanoil products and coat nails in Shellac, OPI, and Essie polishes.
