Tal Cohen founded Wow Yourself after transforming her life from being an overweight woman with low self-esteem, into a confident, healthy and fit woman. Here, she inspires others to change their lives during unique step-by-step programs that encourage students to create healthy and happy lives over the long-term. Along with her own life experiences, Tal relies upon her expertise as a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, wellness coach certified by Wellcoaches, along with her "Emotional Intelligence" coach training and yoga sculpt teacher training. Utilizing this experience, she aims to motivate, inspire and create positive change for her clients in both their health and fitness.
