At Urban Ninja Parkour training is focused on using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to efficiently get from one point to another without equipment. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and quadrupedal movement to name a few. Gym goers learn to read an obstacle and use the move most suitable for the situation. Parkour involves seeing one's environment in a new way and imagining the potential for navigating through it by movement around, across, through, over, and under its features.
