I went to one class so far with my boyfriend. Absolutely loved it it was the best workout ever. We will be returning at least three times a week. And are looking into purchasing a membership. Absolutely love it! They also have classes for kids which we are looking into for our boys.

Great classes, good atmosphere.
I feel that it isn't as intense enough for myself. I used to box in Chicago and you would need to purchase a one-time fee for hand wraps and boxing gloves, you could bring your own or use theirs for free. This place charges each session for boxing gloves. They don't give you an option to wrap your hands. All I did was feel tired after each workout but no strength or did not feel I got anything accomplished. Plus, my boyfriend tried out the class to see if he would like it and he love boxing. He signed up for the same Groupon and they advised since he already visited the gym the 1st time, he can use money off of what he paid for the Groupon. I did not like that because that was not specified at all, if you visit the gym for a free trial, you cannot purchase Groupon. Overall, the trainer, Akeem, was pretty cool. I prefer more hands on and intensity.
Super friendly people! It has a real down to earth yet upbeat vibe. Knowledgable instructors who want to help you improve, but it ain't all cobra kai.
Excellent staff, great facility. They really get to know your fitness goals on a personal level and help you develop to get to where you want to be.
Not happy with the experience I got. I pay the voucher price & 2 other charges to my card .
Th coaches are really nice and I really enjoy the two classes I took but it was not what I expected to pay for.
I was told of one charge , the intro class, but the second charge, I just saw it on my card. If you are not a member only it’s hard to get in to classes because the hours are not the ideals.
Really good classes, the coach gives a lot of attention and instructions to avoid any possible injury!
I recommend :)
They treat beginners really well. You have to take a fundamentals intro class where you go over technique and form for many of the excersises. I've only been to a few classes but the instructors make sure you work within your limits and pay attention to form. I
From Our Editors
By combining CrossFit workouts and self-defense programs under the same roof, A4 Fitness hopes to provide a broad range of opportunities for clients seeking to bolster their overall wellbeing or master a new set of skills. Each CrossFit session combines elements of weight lifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity interval training. The ever-changing nature of the workouts challenges attendees to push their limits and improve their endurance, strength, and balance over time. Martial arts lessons, meanwhile, draw from an eclectic array of styles; visitors can learn to perform the knee and elbow strikes of muay thai, the nimble footwork of traditional boxing, or the practical self-defense techniques of anything from jiu jitsu to tae kwon do.
Above all else, the gym's staff members emphasize safety. To that end, they keep class sizes small—roughly one instructor for every six students—which ensures that they can continually monitor everyone's technique while providing corrections, suggestions, and celebratory bear hugs when needed.
