At All About Kickboxing, each staff member specializes in a different aspect of healthy living. Instructor Jonathan Pelletier has been practicing kickboxing for more than a decade, Alfredo Litiatco brings an aptitude for nutrition, and former dancer Ashley Madison stresses flexibility and technique. Kickboxing is well suited to improving many aspects of fitness. Flurries of punches and kicks strengthen the core and bolster endurance. Amid a forest of red and blue punching bags, the techniques also can help with balance and agility.
