Exercise isn't just good for your body; it can completely alter your mood—something Megan Gleeson knows firsthand. The native Australian suffered from crippling depression until she discovered weightlifting and its mood-enhancing effects. As her body became stronger and her mental health improved, she added nutrition to the mix, which soon alleviated her digestive issues and skin problems. After becoming an Ayurvedic nutritionist, Gleeson founded Aussie Fit as a way to help others live holistically. During on-location personal-training sessions, she combines natural movements such as resistance exercises and core work with natural, primal nutrition geared toward each client's needs, resulting in leaner physiques and healthier refrigerators.
